Delighted Mandy has opened a dairy and gluten free cafe in Kirkcaldy. Wonderful selection of hot and cold savoury and sweet delights. So delicious my hubby heated up what he thought was my cheese and onion pastry to have with baked beans immediately we got home. Unfortunately it was the apple turnover so had that for afters 😂 Gluten free pie heaven 😋 Bought some scotch pies, sausage rolls and macaroni cheese pies for the freezer. All soya free too. A few tables inside. Plenty parking outside or a couple of minutes walk down at the promenade. Unfortunately no strawberry tarts left but luckily Mandy delivers too. Cafe only open Thursday to Sunday 11am to 4pm.
Not much left as they must be really busy but still good choice. Have to get their early next time! Great tasting food also and the gentleman who was in the cafe is very friendly!
We wanted something different for my sons birthday… we are not cake lovers at all and my mum can never be involved because she is gluten free. Mandy is just amazing, she went through different options to suit my endless questions and we settled on a giant strawberry tart! IT WAS SOMETHING ELSE!!!

Me and my husband has the most amazing sausage roll, chicken curry pie, steak bake, scotch pie and chocolate chip cookie flapjack and loaded crispie cake and all gluten free. It is such a difference going out to eat and knowing I will not get contaminated. Staff was amazing and well informed we will definitely be back.
Had the best pies and cake today. Everything was Gluten free it was like being a kid in a sweetie shop, so many things to choose from. My partner loved them too and said the pastry on the pies were so good. Definitely recommend a visit to all. They also have other dietary selections. Staff were very informative and friendly i will definitely be back.

The chilli sausage rolls this week were the best! Whether you are gluten free, vegan, both or have no dietary requirements at all this place is a must.

Had my first visit there today. Won’t be my last. Super friendly and the food tastes amazing. My stomach tells me it’s definitively 100% gluten free.
Good little cafe serving all gluten free foods. Food is lovely and homemade and staff are all very kind, friendly and knowledgeable. Good location for parking too. Amazing to have this wee gem in Kirkcaldy.
I was so excited making my first visit here yesterday that I was waiting you them opening 👀 Then like a bairn in a GF bakery! 😱 I've only taste tested the chicken, ham & leek bake so far and it was amazing - lots of tasty filling encased in beautifully buttery pastry 👌🌟 Like Arnie, I'll be back ☺️
Friendly staff, wonderful range of gluten and dairy free food. The chicken and haggis pastie was amazing. Definitely worth a visit.
