I’m a keen cook and really enjoyed my day at the cook school. Nick is a great teacher, informative & entertaining. What an amount of food I came away with! I forgot my aubergine but improvised & turned my flat bread dough into a pizza.
The day-long bread course was tremendous, packed with information and tips and culminated in leaving with a couple of my own handmade loaves. Highly enjoyable and recommended.
Amazing place.! I brought my very large dog around the time they were closing on a Saturday. The food was so very good: sweet potato pie with salad and potatoes and a decadent hot chocolate.
