Nice little spot with staff who are very helpful. We went with a big party and think we pushed them to their limits with the amount of servings they could do at once. But they did well and the food came out in a decent amount of time. It seemed to be all freshly prepared and tasted really good. The
Had the best Sunday Roast here, absolutely delicious and huge portions, really couldn’t fault it! Lovely staff and service, highly recommend if in the area. Our dog was very welcome too. We loved it!
That was probably the best meal I had in the area, service is great and friendly, food was absolutely gorgeous from A to Z, can’t fault anything.

Staff and service is fantastic. We have just moved to Knaresborough and have found our go to restaurant. We had the best table just by the open fire. Amazing you have got to try this place when in Knaresbrough.

They fitted us in at really short notice. The staff couldn't have been better. Really smiley, professional and attentive. The food was tasty, inventive and plentiful. All in all, a really great find! Charming, in spades!

Had an amazing lunch of slow roasted ox cheek and potatoes and veg with pineapple and baked ice cream for dessert. It was the most beautiful thing I’ve ever tasted. We will be back thank you for the excellent service and friendly warm welcome.
Was a lovely, friendly atmosphere. The food was delicious and well made. We sat out the rear in the covered beer garden, which was warm where the heaters were. Later we sat in the pub to continue our lovely evening. The pub appears to be mullet-inclusive, which was nice.
