This unassuming-looking little corner cafe is truly a gem on Knowle High Street. The lovely ladies always greet us with a friendly smile and make us feel so welcome. My top recommendation is the New York deli but all the sarnies we’ve tried so far have been amazing. Customer service at its finest and the freshest, tastiest sandwiches I’ve had in many a year!
Fab coffee, took a little detour whilst working to have a proper lunch break, chose this awesome little independent cafe in Knowle on the High Street. Chose to eat in and enjoy the chilled atmosphere, lovely staff, they clearly take time to get to know their locals well and make them feel welcome. Passionate about food too. Best part was an amazing tikka and mango sandwich on rustic bread, yum! And a sweet treat to takeaway!
Excellent service . Freshly made enormous sandwiches . The ladies made our little party , including my 97 year old mother , feel very welcome . I cannot recommend this little treasure highly enough.

Well after getting there just after breakfast/brunch had finished but then to be told its not a problem we'll do it for you it was quite honestly the tastiest takeaway brunch in a box I have ever had ! Perfect amount and cooked to perfection...

We don't get chance to use Freda's as often as we would like. The most wonderful staff, and the finest BLT in the land. A cracking little business, ran the right way by great people.

We drove 20 minutes from a nearby village to get here and I can say? 100% the best sandwich I've ever had. I had the New York Deli in a white bloomer and it was simply beautiful. My new favourite place for lunch.

I absolutely love Freda's Deli. Their grazing boards are great for any party or event and are served beautifully. The crayfish sandwich is an absolute favourite of mine (give it a try). Highly recommend and really great, friendly welcome every time too. What more could you ask for? xxxx
My favourite deli. The staff are so friendly and my dog is welcomed with open arms. Their coffee is the best in town, and the breakfast boards are amazing quality and value, and so delicious. You don't find home-cooked food like this anywhere else. I also use their outdoor catering for our office sandwiches and when we have a special occasion and their customer service is just brilliant. Thoroughly recommend!

I was passing through on business and stopped in here for lunch. The staff were so friendly I had more than I was going to - treated myself to a very tasty flapjack. We also had a chat about their own blend roast of coffee, which is delicious. All-in-all, they made a long day on the road much more bearable!
