Love the tea although the layout of tables was a bit poor and the fact the door opens straight into the main cafe area instead of into a closed entrance area means the draught blows in and carries the cold with it. A little change would make it much more cosy. It was also a bit messy when we visited

Really friendly, tasty snacks, good cakes and brilliant coffee. Support the small individual business rather than the well known chains who you know could be better and are pricey with it in comparison
The Earl Grey and breakfast tea's were good as were the tea cakes, they use a timing device to help you have a well brewed tea (unusual). The service was good to.
Wonderful staff and food with an added touch of ingenuity in their tea selection! Would definitely recommend coming to have a great experience here!! X
My wife Sue and I always enjoy visiting the Cha cafe for a chat with delightful and sweet Rachael; lovely surroundings for tea, coffee and snack. I think the best one in Knutsford.
Amazing lemon cheesecake and mulled wine although on the expensive side. If the staff was more cheerful and smiled a little, this would be a 5 star
