Chuck E. Cheese

We had a great time at this Chuck E. Cheese location. One employee in particular made this time very enjoyable Thomas went out of his way to make sure that we had a great time, and is very helpful and win. Another employee didn’t offer us a promo that was going on that day he went out of his way to make sure that we got what we deserved. We had purchased a 45 minute unlimited card and decided to get another hour. Thomason informed us that if we do an hour we get a free 30 minutes that day which we did not know on the first 45. We ask if we could get a free 45 minute since we weren’t informed about that the first time. After inquiring he decided that you would give us the 45 minutes then the general manager Vanessa came out. She was nothing but rude and made us feel very bad for acquiring about the 45 minutes. Afterwards, we also found out that Thomas got in trouble for giving us the time as well which is unacceptable! He was just trying to be nice and give us a good experience. Thomas is the type of employee that should be the general manager at the Chuck E. Cheese locations. He was nothing but friendly and accommodating the entire day. Vanessa, on the other hand, should not be a manager and was extremely rude, and should be reevaluated as a manager immediately.

Definitely get the 1 hour play time instead of 60 points.. kids go crazy so let them be with unlimited play.. pizza is okay, soda is 2 dollars so great.. 85% of games work so it's okay, probably we can improve those machines that won't work but still charges you 1 point. Play then after 30 mins order, so you use the entire hour of play

My family has been here three times so far this year. I've only had the cheese pizza and it's always been really good and fresh. I like the thin crust. They hire hardworking, positive, and polite people. The bathrooms (5 stars), game area (5 stars), and eating area (4 stars) were clean. They have a nice variety of games. The coupons on their website make it possible for our family of 8 to go out and have a fun evening together with pizza and games.

What a great change from the Chuck E. Cheese when I was a kid. The food is much better, and the pizza is actually pretty good. It's nice that the kids get a card and can explore and play whatever they want during the time. I love that they stamp everyone's hand on the way in and check them on the way out.

We came to this location on a weekend, they were busy and it was a little crowded. The food took about 40 minutes to come out, however, it was worth the wait. The salad bar was okay, nothing great, but we did do a good 4 trips to the salad bar. The actual games were well diversified for both big kids, and younger kids. We have a chuck e cheese watch that we use and refill up every time we come. Overall good experience for a few hours.

Despite it being busy and understaffed Lucas helped us efficiently and patiently despite other customers rudely interrupting him. He was friendly and always had a smile on his face while running from the front counter to dip n dots to the prize counter. Very impressed with the service on such a busy day. We’ll done
