Review Sakura - Japanese & Chinese Restaurant - Lakenheath

First time here. Enjoyed the food staff was super friendly. A lot of choices will definitely go back would like to try more.

We had never been to this restaurant before and yet from the moment we arrived we were treated like old friends. Nothing was any trouble. One of our party needed help deciding and the waitress was so patient at explaining. The food was good and good sized portions. Wish we lived nearer so we could go more often

This was our first visit to Sakura ，Amazing food. Really lovely quality chicken, all ingredients taste so fresh，Service was excellent and the food came out very quick. We would definitely recommend.

Food was decent, Nice decorations, and music fits the theme very well (Chinese music). Good parking and good spacing in the restaurant. Saw a lot of little trash and dirt at our table area, we were the only ones there, Waitress was not very friendly. She barely spoke to us, She just came over and waited for us to say our orders, then when I told her what We wanted she used the term “what” and so I repeatedly said what we wanted. We finished our meals and she did not clear out our dishes when it was piled up. No customers interaction but when she did spoke it was in a rude response. Even when we asked for a takeout box she did not clear out our dishes. Ladies restroom was a bit messy and tissues around, despite us being the only ones there. Only time she smiled was when we paid for our meals and are about to leave. With my overall experiences I can say If you are someone who enjoys to dine in based on good customer service then I don’t recommend, Takeouts would be best option. oh though I have experienced this, I do plan on coming back, I believe that it was just a bad day. I’ll come back and hopefully change my 3 stars to 5. Edited!!! Everything is well ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ stars 😃

Good sushi, appetizers and selection of drinks. Warm or cold sake also available.

I was seated almost immediately, and the food came out fast, the beef ramen was plentiful, flavorful, and memorable. Seating was great and overall vanilla atmosphere. 10/10 experience for price.

Sakura was the first Japanese restaurant in the UK I ate at and every other place I try does not compare. The staff are extreamly professional and always expedient, no matter if you are dinning in or takeaway. Highly recommend!!

We get delivery from here quite often and they are very fast. The food is always really good.

We have had a great time and the food has been spot on every time we have eaten here. The owner is super nice and goes over and beyond to make sure you have everything you need.

Food was good, restaurant is clean looking with lots of seating. The parking was a bit tricky but lots of parking. I ordered prawn spicy chili, it wasn't spicy but it was good. Too much sauce but prawn were good!

The food is great and above other local Japanese places. The staff are friendly and make sure you get everything in a timely manner. Pricing is slightly cheaper than other local competition. This is my first time here, but I'll be back for sure!

Fantastic takeaway. Have been going there for years - it really is one of the best ever! Both Japanese and Chinese dishes are amazing. We'll priced too. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Enjoyed coming here, quick, simple, cheap, plenty of space and the food was always good for everything I ordered. My favorites was sweet and sour dishes and the kung pow dishes. Rice is not always included in all dishes so make sure to ask or read if it comes with it.

Chicken with broccoli 🥦 with a side of plain chow mein noodles 🍜 with chicken cheesy sping rolls is my favorite
