Rendezvous

Stayed here over queens birthday long weekend with husband and 5 kids! We stayed in the 3 bedroom waterview apartment and it was the best! Checking in was a breeze, the apartment was exactly like the photos! Loved the layout of the apartment! Everyone was so friendly and helpful location is perfect!! The kids enjoyed the pool everyday!! Would definitely recommend Bellevue on the Lakes to anyone!! We hope to see you all again sometime soon!

Overpriced! This was the first time ever in my life that I found no toilet rolls in the toilet.. housekeeping doesn’t do their best job… we took family room for two adults and two children.. they do not have bed for the last person, the bed is laid down on floor and doesn’t even have good duvet/mattress.. they have space for sure for bed, they could have easily put another single bed but they have nt done that.. doesn’t look like 4 star.. doesn’t do justice with the price they charge per night..

Atrocious mattress. For an expensive hotel, they had an extremely uncomfortable bed and I had to wake up in the middle of the night due to back pain from springs in the mattress. I stayed there for two nights but left early next morning at 5am as I couldn't sleep. Now I have been having back pain for the past few weeks because of it. My wife's neck was also stiff after that as the pillows were low quality too. The view was nice and room was okay otherwise but it was an extremely regrettable decision to stay here.

Noise, noise, noise. Don’t get me wrong, the rooms are lovely and spacious, but for the two nights we were there, there was a constant humming in the walls from the bathroom exhaust fans which you’re unable to turn off. The humming ran all night long, sort of like a pulsing vibration, which meant I barely slept at all. On top of that, the plumbing is extremely loud so you can hear whenever someone above or next to you is showering or going to the toilet. Staff didn’t bother to ask how our stay was either. Great location and very clean, just a shame about the noise and service.
