Horse And Jockey - Lanark - Photo album

Had a relaxing lunch yesterday with my friends, made even more relaxing by the fabulous Jade. She was very understanding with helping us to move tables to help my deaf friend. She did it all with a smile too so thank you Jade. Great customer service 👍 x
Excellent, little pub right in the heart of Main St. Lanark. Cosy and welcoming.Great, friendly staff and service and great live music at weekends. What more could you ask.?
Excellent lunch at a bargain price in a pub setting. Great service from Lorraine. I highly recommend. 👍
Absolutely great wee place. Food was delicious and great value for money. The barmaid today(4/2/23) was so nice, made us very welcome and with table service...thank you!! Wish we could have stayed longer. Well recommend 👌.
Great place, with live music. Bar staff were very friendly!
Always lovely food, staff very friendly highly recommend 💯
Great place, food was amazing all home made and delicious, staff were really nice and friendly definitely worth a visit.
3 course lunch for £11-95 best value for money I've had in a long time. Excellent service from the waitress nothing was a problem for her. The food was piping hot I had soup , fish and chips ,and the strawberry meringue was to die for. Definitely worth a visit if you are in Lanark.
First class food very nice staff and service
Party of 13 from work enjoyed a fantastic meal and service. We were upstairs which is really lovely, decor is modern and nice and bright. Staff were excellent and very helpful. Will definitely be back.
Great food great live music friendly staff just a fantastic pub
Lovely home made tasty food in a pleasant atmosphere. Nothing fancy just a good selection at a very reasonable price for 3 courses. Go there quite often. I don't think it's suitable for the disabled due to steep stairs.
Good wee pub. People are friendly and live music at the weekends is usually good
Lovely place, been here many times for meals, entertainment etc and all good, food especially, will be back.
Tiny restaurant (American standard) but really good food. For my group, the entrance, through the bar, up narrow stairs, through an unmarked door, was unusual... but the food was good, the atmosphere welcoming (albeit really warm, temperature-wise), and definitely a European experience. We wouldn't
Always welcoming and friendly, with good honest food at a reasonable price.
Excellent food and value, 3 course menu for £13 with 5 or 6 options for each courde. plus a full menu . Booking recommended
What a pleasant experience. It was recommended by a couple of locals as a great place to grab a quick pint before jumping on the train, and they were not mistaken. Some really nice ales on tap and a good selection of whisky. The crowd was small and friendly to the point where we stayed a little long
Excellent Gastropub on Lanark High Street, serves great food and is especially great value with three courses for about a tenner at lunchtime. Best advice is to book a table or you could have to wait at busy times. We have eaten here many times and never been disappointed.
