Ordered a pizza this evening and for some reason there was an issue so it took over an hour an a half. However they were very apologetic and sent some free stuff to make up for it. And it was a fantastic pizza when it arrived. Usually they are much faster, but on this occasion something went bad, and they showed excellent customer service to fix it.

Nice take away. The food is great and the waiting time is optimal. Food is served warm and is of good quality. The staff are friendly too. One of them gave me a nice piece of liver try for free. Lol
Only downside may be that the place is not spacious but I guess Mama Mia shares that issue with a million other takeaways so it shouldn't be a dealbreaker for you.

Food was fresh but arived lukewarm .I ordered 2 large kebabs,2 regular arived.It was rather small portion compear with previous orders. How ever we still enjoy it .

This place isn't perfect by any means but it is consistent. The pizzas are nice. I always ask for mine to be well done and they always oblige. The chips are not good. They definitely need to change the ones they use. Always soggy and questionable as to whether they really are a large portion.
The Donner meat is nice and peppery and full of flavour. Naan breads are nice. Popcorn chicken is crispy. They lose the one star for the chips. Other than that I would recommend for sure
SINCE POSTING THE CHIPS SEEM TO HAVE IMPROVED BUT THE PIZZA HAS GONE DOWNHILL. UNDERCOOKED WITH TOO MUCH CHEESE.

Just had a mixed kebab, it was absolutely sensational. Im not a fan of kebabs but the new owner recommended it. 5* worth every penny

Definitely would recommend food was piping hot when we got it delivery time is quick aswell Donna kebab was cooke just right also u get a decent amount in ur wrap was lovey probably the best takeaway we have found in Lancaster
