Harvest Seasonal Grill - Lancaster

We had an excellent meal at my wife's Christmas party held here at Harvest Seasonal Grill in Lancaster. The appetizers wete wonderful. Best wood fired filet mignon (sp) that I have had. Also the best (in my opinion) Bailey's Irish Cream coffee. Believe me when I say this because I don't say "best" very the often. Our server, Torrie, was GREAT. She served with a smile and was very patient with our noisy table as we weren't always aware that she was beside or behind us while she was serving us. Thank you Torrie!

We’ve been here several times for lunch, always delicious. We sat outside on patio a few times, very nice, and in the main dining room, also nice but sometimes a little loud. There is a large sun/garden room, which is very pretty, but for some reason we never sat in there. Food has always been very good, they change many of the items often and they are always interesting, not boring same old. Fresh, healthy options. Servers we have had have all been competent and very nice, except for the one time we were there with another couple, and server seemed a little distant/bored. Other than that one time, good. Definitely one of our go-to spots when in the area.

Kind of a fancy place! Everyone is very professional here with no complaints on service. Food was delicious and had a great selection. Tried some of the plant based options and was not disappointed once so ever. It does get busy so I’d recommend reservations for seating and you may have to search a little for a parking spot but there will definitely be one. Would highly recommend.

This was an awesome experience! It was a Saturday early dinner, around 5:30 pm and the place was not yet crowded. We were seated in the area off the patio, which also has seating. I liked the area because it was less noisy than the main building. A had the Specials. Both were great choices: Baked Goat Cheese in a crust and a Veal pasta in a sauce of Wilde mushrooms. The sauce reminded me of the sauce for steak Diane! Our server, Ryan, was the best! I will return with a larger group!

Great experience. It is a bit pricey but the food is so damn good. I can get enough of the vegan burrito. The tuna is great too. Even the burgers totally deliver. No one had a single bad thing to say. Our waiter, Christopher, was fantastic and really went the extra mile to make sure everything and everyone was perfect. Can’t wait to visit again!

Everything was very good! The food was delicious and the service was friendly! We started off with a flight of the wine and the sangrias, and both were very good and good value! Then we got the shrimp and corn flatbread - it was a bit spicy but sooo good!! Definitely recommend this appetizer! My husband got the sesame chicken, and he loved it and it was a decent portion. And I got one of the plant based bowls, and it was also very good. Great place overall and there are a lot of vegetable related foods, and it's fairly healthy!

A few weeks ago we were in the Lancaster area shopping and decided to give Harvest a try. Our server Marina was charming and engaging, extremely knowledgable about the menu and local sourcing and an absolute pleasure to have a conversation with. My wife ordered a flatbread and was very pleased with the quality and taste. Unfortunately, my first selection wasn't as satisfying. I ordered a fish entree (simply can't remember the species) but the fact it was served "Oscar" style with asparagus was appealing. The first dish they brought out the entree was warm but the hollandaise was cold. Not lukewarm, cold. They quickly brought out another and the opposite effect was that the sauce was very warm, but the fish was cold. I decided on a different selection, one of my favorite fallbacks, a grilled chicken sandwich. It was one of the most delicious, tasty sandwiches I've had in quite a while, and I found myself wishing I had ordered it in the first place. Whenever food is not up to my expectations I make certain to let the server know I am not in any way upset with them. To their credit, they tried to correct the issue and when they didn’t they comp'd me for the chicken. I don't EVER expect anything free. Marina handled the situation with charm and grace. When she asked us to select a dessert item on her we ordered a mousse (to the best of my memory). When she brought it to the table she deadpanned, "And now for the portion of the meal that's supposed to be cold . . . !" We thought that was an absolutely hilarious comment, and demonstrated her sharp wit and an uncanny sense of humor! Generally this experience would have generated 4 stars from me but Marina, YOU NAILED IT! *** As a top 10% reviewer of all eateries on Google with over 3 million views - you can’t go wrong at Harvest unless you're trying!
