Great folks! Make you feel right at home, even on your first visit. Fries came out piping hot and delicious (they fry in peanut oil).👍 Now if you're a cheesesteak snob and you require a real Italian roll, don't even bother. You'll be disappointed. I was. It basically is an over-sized hot dog bun, as others have mentioned. But, if you have the capacity to appreciate the steak, cheese, sauce, and onions for what they are, you'll enjoy it nonetheless. Family owned establishment with a great history with the community and kids. They have endless fish stories to tell. They treat you as a family member. Very conversationable. I work a lot of Saturdays and my coworker brought me there. We go every Saturday. Thanks Stacey!

If you're in PA, you must visit this place. The outside of the building is okay, but the steak sandwich is amazing.

This must be one of the last '50's style lunch counter! Plenty of parking, tables & booths, order at the counter! Small basic sandwich menu, no frills, very reasonable prices, quick service! Cheesesteak was juicy & tasty! My only issue is that I prefer a little bit crusty roll. This roll was very soft! Old -style French fries, hot & non-greasy! Overall a nice stop in the 'hood'!

This place is great, it was exactly what I wanted it to be after I saw it from the exterior! Don't go if you are expecting something else. Think Philly cheese steak vibe, i.e Pat's or Geno's, with granpops decor and the veteran staff that started at the place a while ago... just to get you on the same page.

Captain Gus what can I say this place is a local staple and for great reasons it's been around forever the cheese steaks are amazing if you haven't tried one stop playing around and get in there and try a cheese steak and their fresh cut fries can't forget your favorite soft drink. This place will have you bring your friends and family by its that special.

Pretty average in terms of hoagies and steak sandwiches, but an extra star because the staff are great every time I've ordered there. Not going to blow your mind, but it'll do the job. Order fries!
