I go to Centerville saladworks quite often in the mornings during lunch I just thought I’d come on here and let you guys know how we love the new look and the employees are always welcoming when we arrive ! Their has been times when they were very busy and yet they were still very kind!! so nice to walk into a place and not feel like a bother ! Thanks for the great customer service ! Keep up the Great work guys !

I went to this Saladworks location on Mother's Day because the Lititz store was closed. It added about a half an hour overall to the trip. That, however, was a non-issue due to the GREAT care I was given by two of your servers. Emma was the first one to take care of my order and then I met Liz. They were very friendly and helpful. It seemed clear to me that they like people! :-) Anyway: the salads were wonderful and, as mentioned, the service was outstanding. Thank you both and thank you, Saladworks, for having such tremendous employees.

This is specifically to recognize an individual, Olivia, for going out of her way and providing extra customer service. I used a delivery app to complete my order and she called to make sure I got the option to pick a different ingredient due to one that I originally picked being unavailable. She did this both instead of just sending it with one less topping or putting on something different that was similar but that I didn’t necessarily approve of. So rather than getting something that I didn’t order, I ended up with a complete order with a replacement topping that I preferred and had the opportunity to ask for. While most restaurants and delivery apps say they will call to adjust your order if something is not available, I don’t recall receiving a call like that for quite some time. However, I more clearly remember having received several orders for various things that were either incorrect or were missing items, and because of Olivia, this order for someone she doesn’t know and probably wouldn’t have been impacted by whatsoever if she did nothing, arrived as I wanted it. Well done and thank you.

I came in when there was a big rush around 7pm today and I could tell the staff had a big order to finish up. There was a mix up with the meals and mine somehow got lost in the chaos. I did not know her name sadly, but the lady with the pink hair took over the situation and remade my salad without a problem!! She also compensated chips for rolls since I am allergic to gluten. I appreciate the attitude the employees give off and the teamwork tonight. I am most definitely coming back again In the future.
