Fuddruckers

This was my first time at Fuddruckers. I got the half pound Bacon Cheddar Burger and it came with wedges. The burger was super juicy and the establishment had a side table where you can add your own toppings. We added cheddar cheese, tomatoes and lettuce to our burger and that enhanced it. The wedges were also super soft and crispy at the same time. Service here was definitely very friendly. I will definitely be back to try their other burgers next time I’m in town!

Excellent burgers. I got the 1/3 lb. burger with bacon. It, with the serving of fries that came with the burger was an ample serving . Taste was great, good consistency, buns were soft but did not fall apart. Bacon was crisp. Toppings were very fresh and beautifully arranged. Fries, on the other hand, were mediocre. The space on them was good and cheddar sauce to dip on was a nice touch. But fries themselves were not my style, more British chips than fries - kind of thick and soggy rather than thinner and crisp. Service was good,

The food and service is excellent. General Manager Milford Springer is dedicated to making your Fuddruckers experience enjoyable. The half wall dividing the front ordering counter from the seating area disrupts the flow especially when coming in thru the rear parking area and you see the pick up window.

I have loved Fuddruckers since I was a child. I was sad to learn the York location closed. Decided to make a trip from Maryland a little further to this location in Lancaster as one of our last few trips before our baby arrives. The brunette woman (didn't get her name) working the front counter and bussing tables today (at 12 PM) was so kind, personable, and enjoys her job. You could tell from her inviting and friendly presence. We are expecting our first child and she offered us advice as a mother of 3 and it was really heartwarming. We look forward to bringing our son with us at our next visit in a few months. Her inviting and warm energy is definitely drawing return customers to this location. We enjoyed our whole experience from the food to the service. The atmosphere was very clean including the bathrooms. Keep up the great work!

Will always speak highly of Fuddruckers, after consistently quality food and service for years. Simple process for ordering your juicy, delicious burger: select the size you want, specify how you want it cooked, list your desired toppings, make it a combo, and don't forget the cheese sauce on your way to the table! Highly customizable burger-making extends to the vegetable toppings as well, with a buffet of cold toppings to use as desired.

you guys are banging pls sponsor my life, you’re manager Milford Springer on Rohrerstown Road in Lancaster is running this place like a well oil machine, the food was crispy and divine and the condiments ran plentiful and fresh. Fuddruckers you’ve done it again. We sat by the sunny window with a clean table and happy wallets. The Girl with long black hair and tattoos was so sweet and very helpful!

I've been to Fuddruckers several times Spring Summer 2023 - excellent each time! Fresh burgers cooked to order on great buns. A fresh 'fixings bar' so you can make it exactly how you like. In addition to regular condiments, they have hot cheese sauce (great on the fries). They are SO friendly, readily accommodate special requests; they clear & clean the tables. Everything (including the restrooms) is always spic & span. AND, a great value! This location is top notch.

I'm not sure what the young man's name was. But I was very impressed with what happened when I asked for a box for my youngest daughter's food. He was cleaning the counters beforehand. And he didn't just hand me a box, or he didn't just change his gloves. He removed the gloves he had on, washed his hands, reapplied new gloves and then handed me a box. Kudos to him. Aside from that. The food was amazing as always. Fuddruckers is now my oldest daughters favorite place to go due to being able to put her own vegetables on her burger.

Drove to Lancaster to take a very special dad to his favorite burger joint for Father's Day. Fuddies didn't disappoint. Staff was extremely friendly, provided great customer service, and was attentive to all the customer needs. It was very busy and there were a lot of "families" and the kids were not being supervised which resulted in crying screaming and the open space and soda machine being an area of play. I would have liked to see the crew members asking for parents to be a little more hands on with children that were at the topping counter and soda dispenser.
