Copper Cup

When I moved to Lancaster I tried a lot of places around town and Copper Cup is by far my favorite. Best matcha latte, the seasonal menus are great, the food is tasty (the vegan chocolate chip cookie is amazing) and their staff is by FAR the nicest. The drive thru is also super convenient. They've single handled cured my dog's hatred and fear of drivethrus. She knows when we pull in she's getting a puppuccino!

Favorite coffee shop! It's nice to patron a local business versus a chain. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere nice. It's a very convenient location. I absolutely am thrilled that you offer sugar free syrups with a stevia base!!!! Thank you thank you! Only suggestion, just because I love you guys and want to continue to see you succeed... is to expand the food menu with other options and better consistency when it comes to coffee/espresso based drinks and food. On the tea end you knock it out of the park. Unfortunately on more than one occasion, food is underbaked and the espresso has off putting taste of bitterness or staleness.

I really love this place, it blows the competition out of the water in terms of quality. Using the smaller ice cubes in iced coffee is just not a smack to the face like other places. But I do think it's wierd to ask for a tip instead of just paying employees liveable wages expecially at the cost of everything. $10/hr may be around the industry standard but it doesn't make it right.
