Chipotle Mexican Grill

Food was good but not as good as their York location. They need to clean the grill more often this was black and nasty and the store could have been kept cleaner. I can understand if it was busy but that was not the case when I went. 2 of the staff members were just standing there and didn't assist the one who was making the food understand what we were ordering because her English wasn't the best. There's room for improvement. I still enjoyed the food as usual just some need to tighten up on the dining room cleaning and food prep/grill area.

Thanks a lot for amazing service. We wanted gluten free veggie bowl and the manager and mithajaye (might be wrong spelling) employee making the bowl was super sensitive to understand the requirement of gluten free and took all precautions - changing of gloves, washing hands and ensuring no cross contamination by taking out all fresh batches of items me and wife wanted. Not many good joints take this level of care including other Chipotle locations. Commendable job by manager and employee on 4th March 2023. Thanks a lot for your attention to details and taking care of customer request !
