Our app reward was not working at the kiosk. The manager took the time to stop what she was doing to help us out. She figured out a solution to our issue and filled our order properly. Great customer service at this location!

Usually a good experience. A little less this time. I had to repeat myself several times. Also, I picked two different flavors to be told each was out of stock at the moment and when I asked what they did have... She said "everything". Well, obviously not everything since two were missing.

Love me some Dunkin! Hot, caramel latte with whipped cream is my go-to!! I also enjoy their donuts! Can you say soft? Yes! Super soft and warm all times, so yummy, my daughter prefers sprinkles on hers, what about their mugs!! Love their mugs, either to keep your coffee hot or cold they are the best! Coffee is my drug as you can tell lol

Credit card machines were down today. The last time I visited they were out of pumpkin spice...so, evidently I don't visit here very often. My pumpkin spice was perfect for this chilly fall day and I enjoyed my egg wraps very much!

They are going through a lot of staffing issues right now so the wait is always longer than normal. But that's not the staff members' faults, everyone I have talked to has always been very pleasant. This morning I ordered coffee but because things were delayed I had to leave before it was ready to make it to work on time. When I stopped by after work and told them, they made me my drink for free, no questions asked! I really appreciated that and thought that was great customer service!

Generally good service. I like that there are 5+ sugar-free flavorings for the drinks. Unfortunately, donits are no longer the corporate focus so much if the variety is gone. Many grocery stores have as good or better selections.
