Little Caesars

The worst Little Caesars location in Lancaster. It's not uncommon to get the wrong pizzas (You know what's lame? Getting 3 cheese and 1 pepperoni when I wanted two of each), they cost more than at other Little Caesars locations, and once I got turned away because I assumed that "closing at 10pm" meant I could show up at 9:50 and get pizza. (Pro-tip: that is the wrong assumption. I have no idea what time you SHOULD show up to get pizza. Best make it 6pm, just to be on the safe side.) I'd rather go to the Little Caesars location on Rohrerstown Rd, even though it is in a less convenient location.

the people that work here really piss me off. they won't take my coupon even tho its for little caesers. also hot-n-ready means a 10 minute wait at this location. I sat in the drive thru for 30 minutes. They didn't cut my pizza right and when i went in to have it fixed the lady didn't wash her hands when she was counting change while cheesing pizzas. I can't with this location. i just can't.

If there was an option for -stars I would choose that one. Almost an hour for "hot and ready" pizza. I even tried calling in before I got there. Just stay away. The pizza is exactly the same as every other location, except you have to wait an hour for something very underwhelming. Ran terribly, I hope the owners learn a lesson at this location about customer service. I'm going to the one in Bloomfield Shopping Center, even though it's out of the way.

Will not use this location any longer! After being a faithful and frequent customer of this location, ($40-$50 every three weeks) they will not make good on a forgotten part of the order which would total less than $3.00. Management needs to be able to think in the long term and not the short term, demanding that I come in with a receipt that was already turned in for reimbursement is not reasonable. THEY forgot the order and I called and apparently their employee never wrote it down.... SO, I get to pay for their mistake and the fact that they didn't train their employee correctly.
