Domino's Pizza

The manager, Michelle, went above & beyond to make up for a messed up order. I ordered a create your own pasta where the spinach was burnt, tomatoes were left off, & there was barely any Alfredo sauce. I sent pictures in an email and she called personally to ask when would work for me to have her remake my order for free. Not just the pasta but also the cheesy bread. She even added in a cookie brownie dessert pizza. Great customer service!

I would like to commend the services of those who work at Dominos, specifically this location. My gf and I had a long day a had minimal opportunity to eat food given our schedules. Without realizing, I placed an order online at the last second before the store closed. Even despite that, they still worked away delivered with the same high quality food and polite manner. I forgot to grab the name of the woman who worked on that evening but she was very considerate. Edit: Her name was Casandra. Thank you!

I had ordered a large regular pizza with onions and pepper but when I opened the box there were no peppers or onions found. I went back into the store and explained to the manager what happened. The staff went above and beyond and made me a fresh deep dish pizza with Onions And Peppers. Great service :)

I hope whoever is working there the evening shift is getting paid for two peoples wages. Absolutely unreal to only have one person working during the evening. It looks like there was about 20 orders in and pizzas that needed to be made and yet the guy also had to take calls/credit card over the phone as well. I definitely felt bad for him. And due to the craziness all our sauces were missing. I don’t blame him I blame management. Only annoying because each sauce packet cost about a dollar and we also ordered cinnamon sticks.

I order from this location almost weekly. I've ordered for delivery and take out. I have never been disappointed. The pizza is always hot, made well and ready on time. When I order for deliver, the driver is very nice, and displays good customer service. When I order take out, I am always greeted by a member of the team and they all have shown great customer service.

After leaving the Good Feet Store, I stopped by the Domino's Resturant in Manheim Pike to get a personal pizza, the pizza smelts so good which was prepared by the General Manager herself. I had to eat it right their and her daughter was going to DD's for coffee and I asked her could I go with her and she stated that she would bring me a large coffee back, which I thought was so sweet of her. I enjoyed the company of her mom and the pizza was sooooooo good and frieshly made. The coffee was made just right and it was gone before I could get into my car for the long ride back the Emmaus, PA. Thank you for your warm and friendly hospitality and delicious pizza. A completely satisfied customer
