BIG MAC was very 👍 good but some of the shredded lettuce was brown and old. I picked it off. Would be nice if thy used larger pieces of lettuce 🤔

IDK who owns this McDonald's, but in the past few months their food has been on point! My order is rarely messed up my food comes out fresh. The employees are extremely friendly and polite!

Had a few bad experiences here and stopped going to this McDonald's. That being said, I started going back this past month or 2 and had great experiences. Food was hot and fresh, I didn't wait long for my food and they didn't forget my son's French fries and his toy. Service has been great every time since the bad experiences.

I had just gotten off work and I was hungry for a little snack. I used my McDonald's app and placed an order for a large hot tea with Splenda a creamer along with two apple pies. The hot tea was $1.00 and the two pies were $1.99 (just a couple cents more than just one pie - not all McDonald's locations in Lancaster have this offer). Everything was delicious!

I’ve seen others have had issues with this McDonalds however, I have not. I understand that not every place is perfect and I’ve run into issues places as well. I usually give them the benefit of the doubt and try them again. This location has always been fine when I’ve gone even if it was a late night like last night.. 10pm shamrock shake for the win! I’ll back for another soon!
Updated: the manager/guy answering the phone is rude. How do you get that positive with zero knowledge on people or how people react 😑

Very clean and updated! Nice daily staff and open late, WiFi, outlets. 👍 24 hours but lobby is not open all night.
