Burger King

it was good, it really was, only marred by a small nitpick, ordered a burger, asked specifically for no onions, got the order, checked it and had onions, i brought it up and remade it. they were really kind but when i got the remade burger and checked, still had onions, so i just dealt with it and ate it anyway

As far as fast food places go, this is my preferred Burger King. It is a bit of a pain to get in and back on the road though if you are in a hurry, but that is how the roads are set up, nothing that BK can really do about it. I haven't really seen them be really swamped, but location and the times I visit are probably big contributors to that. In all of my visits so far, the food has been fast, correct, and hot when it gets to me. I have yet to have a bad experience with the people taking an order in the drive through. They have always been cheery, energetic, and overall a pleasure to place an order with. I wish I could say the same with all BKs or even all fast food places. I have not eaten inside yet, so I don't know the cleanliness of the inside, but the outside is well maintained, no trash/litter or overflowing trash cans. It is worth it to me to drive a little out of my way to use this BK than the one actually closer to my home.

I've been going to McDonald's and Wendy's for awhile, but I recently stopped at Burger King in Lancaster Pa recently. The burger was freshly made, the staff was unexpectedly friendly and the fries were really, really good too! I'll be coming back. 4-12-23 A little disappointed today. They've been advertising a new line of "melts" burgers. Stopped by to try one and they informed me that they do not have any of the bread - buns - that go with that sandwich. Seems like pretty pathetic planning to have a major advertising campaign and to not be able to serve it to the customers.
