Lancaster is very lucky to have this bakery in their little town. We had heard about this bakery and decided to check it out. We were not disappointed. The prices were very reasonable. The food was so so good. We had the breakfast sandwich that you could easily hold in one hand to eat. The bread was so soft and fresh. Also got the polish drozdzowka and the apple galette. Oh my, so good! When they say fresh from scratch, they are not kidding. If you are anywhere near this place in the north country, you must stop in!

Delicious! We got the honey cinnamon & pumpkin pie lattes, both made very well. The slab pie & cinnamon roll were SO good. Very friendly staff & a lovely environment to sit on a rainy Sunday. Thank you!

A very cute bakery and reasonable prices on items for the most part. Highly recommend their bagels and sourdough bread. Honestly everything looked yummy.

I’ve been wanting to visit this bakery for a while and finally made it there. The hype is all real, I had the most legit lox bagel since russ & daughters in NYC and it’s right in the heart of the North Country of NH. Picked up a flax seed loaf (pictured below) sliced the heel and had a sample with some butter and it’s no joke, best bread ever. The vibe in the bakery is great, nice places to sit. The coffee is rich and strong, the folks are super nice and welcoming. Couldn’t ask for anything better!

We stopped by this place visiting from Boston. We had two small toddlers and this place was very kid friendly. The pastry’s were wonderful. Very fresh and tasty. The coffee was somewhat cold when served but overall it was a wonderful place to stop by if you have a sweet tooth on a Saturday morning.

Very cute and quaint! My mint cucumber lemonade was delicious! I love their selection of puzzles and coloring books. A few more games and some ‘for here’ cups would be a perfect addition to their sitting room setup!

We drove quite a distance to go here, and it was well worth it. It would be an understatement to say that we sampled a few items, we went big. Breads: Honey wheat, multigrain and oatmeal honey. All delicious. Treats: Chocolate chunk cookie, chocolate croissant, kolache, macaroon. All delicious. Actual 'food'?: Cheese pizza, egg sandwich with bacon, cheddar, lettuce, tomato, and dijonnaise. All delicious. Polish Princess Bakery gets their ingredients from local farms and shops, we love this. The staff is super friendly and their espresso drinks are fantastic. Jenn can't stop going on about the Macaroons (coconut and I dont get along) as being literally the best she has ever had. I'm going back for another Kolache, and maybe a few other tidbits. :) Rob and Jenn.

Wonderful bakery on a quaint NH Main Street in Lancaster. An assortment of pastries and breakfast foods along with coffee and breads. Coming from Brooklyn, I was surprised by the quality of the everything bagel - fresh and made well. This shouldn’t have surprised me as the place hummed with the energy of people passionate about baking. Trays of freshly baked wonders straight out of the oven and the sound of dough being pounded coming from the open kitchen —all signs of a stop well worth your time!
