We were on our way to the movies so we stopped in to get a couple of sandwiches. The order ahead of us bought an outrageous amount of food, but our order was still timely, hot & delicious. One was the spicy crispy chicken, the other a regular chicken patty.

Ordered.my food at drive thru they told me.to park in front and wait for food. I pulled to front they brought out food my forest were.not in bag so I had to go in they Gabe me some old hard fries. When I got home you would have thought my food would be fresh only my strips were fresh my nuggets and chicken sandwich looked like they had been sitting for awhile.

They wanted us to back up so they can have good time but then not be so fast with our order. They also gave us older fries and forgot one of my burgers because they didn't charge me.

I ordered spicy chicken nuggets and they where burnt. Returned them and they replaced with one that were cooked right. Who ever cooked the first ones should have seen they are over cooked.

No one wants regular fries from Jack in a box. Every worker that's cashier taking an order should always ask if they want regular or curly. Dumb manager at night shift didn't ask, got our order wrong, and didn't give a straw. I know it's Lancaster but this is the worst experience I ever had at a fast food restaurant. Never go here

Love Jack and some of their prices. Great selection though.
Update 8/2/19: This Jack in the box is the best in the area. I gave Jack another try after my bad experiences on Ave k Jack and this one had ice cold water pitcher on counter with cups for those of us who need water in this hot California sun. Also my food was actually fresh this time and not microwaved. I hope all the other Jack's in the area follow suit. This is the store that sets the bar up there.

Dropped by for a quick bite and wanted something vegetarian but all the breakfast items looked like they had meat so I asked for vegetarian options. They politely informed me that they could make anything without meat which worked out for me. Supreme croissant is actually pretty good with just the egg and cheese. Not a bad fast food choice once or twice a month.
If Jack can stop deep frying his hash browns I'll give him a 4 star rating and eat more hash browns from Jack's 😗
