I've rediscovered the jumbo jack i guess because lately it's been mighty tasty. and the service has improved tremendously. for about 5 years, every single time i stopped by, my order was wrong and I needed to go back because something was always missing. now it's much better and the food tastes better as well

They claim to have their systems down early in the morning just so they wont have to cook anything. Also ordered the big box of popcorn chicken and they skimp out on the popcorn chicken. They put more fries than chicken

Debt card machine not working cash only excepted always something at this location and had to pay for ranch when meal should have came with one and any extra I understand the charge. Wish the old manager was still there he was awesome

We just went through the drive through ordered our breakfast, when we arrived at the window we wanted to add some curly fries and the chick , rolled her eyes like she hated her job !! Rude employees should not be tolerated we left immediately!! Dont make excuses for this !

Everytime i go to jack in the box they have to mess up something. They gave me water instead of my soda drink. Other times i’ve had to go back because something from my order is missing. Wish i could have a fine experience but it seems like i can not. 👎🏽

Not sure if understaffed but 30 mins wait for drive thru is crazy . I was already in with nowhere to turn out so I had to wait. Simple order tacos and an order of fries. Wondered when the tacos came without cheese........guess I gotta check the food completely before leaving

Solid Jack in the box location. Pretty good. What you would expect from a good Jack in the box.
They have a cool soft drink machine that makes crazy flavors and such at this location.
Drive thru always open 24hrs.

I don't like fast food much but, my husband and son are hooked on the mini tacos with guacamole not bad tho I just don't like the powder cheese they put on them
