Cristy's Pizza

After trying several pizza restaurants, did I say several? We finally found one that actually delivered great flavor and awesome customer service. Jessica our server, was the epitome of hospitality. Her knowledge of the menu and attention to detail made for a wonderful experience. Highly recommend!

The quality of the pizza has really gone down hill just in the past couple of months since we have eaten here. There were very sparse toppings on the pizza and the sauce ratio was bizarre. Not sure what sauce they use on the pizza but it tastes drastically different from the cup sauce they give you on the side. Save your money and go across the street.

July 3rd around 9:45 pm tried to order a simple small pizza and the women over the phone sounded as if she had no idea what she was doing and slurring her words and laughing.. I’ve always thought cristys was pretty decent reputable place but it’s clear the management at this establishment is either vacant or joining in on the fun of whatever drugs/drinking they were doing. I have no plenty of patience for slow/new workers but this was not the case it was obvious my order wasn’t being taking seriously with the laughing and slurring along with the fact I heard someone else telling her what to say… I don’t feel comfortable ordering a pizza from this place for my son me or anyone in my family. Maybe this was just a one night thing they were having too much fun or drinking on the job since it’s a holiday weekend but I expect a little more respect and professionalism for my money. Never had a problem with cristys since I lived in Lancaster but this experience for sure made me order elsewhere.

I'm not one to leave bad reviews but......We waited literally 1 & 1/2 hours for our food tonight. The pizza was very cold, the cheese was hard because it was so cold. The Orchard Salad had old, hard chicken and the apples were soft. We decided to give it another try and have Christy's again after our last bad experience. So disappointing. We won't be ordering from Christy's again.
