The original sliders have come from White Castle for decades. Still love them. The drive through sometimes takes awhile, but being consistent in service speed means I can plan the time. I also love their fresh sweet tea.

I placed a large order and the crew at this White Castle had it ready on time, correctly made, and the staff was well trained.
They made my daughter's graduation party one of the best ever among her friends!!!!

Extremely slow service no one in drive-thru, took forever to get customers order in front of us. Then our turn finally, no Hello how are you, have a good day. And ther was hair in the special order fries. Better customer service even though you could use more employees. Treat customers like your friends.

I was in the drive thru lane for 34 minutes. When I finally got my order the boxes were soggy and my onion chips were cold. I haven't been to this White Castle in years because I moved away from the area but I can tell you I will not be going back.

I tasted my first White Castle burgers here in Lancaster, Ohio... and I was not disappointed! I have heard of these lil sliders for awhile and I finally got to try them. Delicious!! The staff did seem aggravated by the cash register system, but my service did not suffer. Thank you for a great experience.

Line is always really long. Service is typically not paying attention. They ask you to repeat almost everything you say and they're attitudes directly reflect the non paying attention. Aside from that the food is always hot and fresh except the fries. The fries usually taste old or freezer burnt.
