Praise to the main street crew. I'm a daily drive thru regular, i get the same thing every day. Only this location makes it correctly (Lrg mocha iced coffee 2 cream no sugar). They're prompt, friendly, and solve problems without attitudes. I will go out of my way to stop by this location when I need coffee. I'm surprised the other location in town is so sub par.

Just spent 28 min in drive thru to get to next in line to get my food, watched lady pay and get her food. Here's the issue she sat there and had a 6 min conversation before pulling away, fyi this was at 8-830 am there were cars inline to main st.... And to the elderly lady that yelled at me thru the window, I know you were the cause of the whole thing. Maybe I shouldn't have expected much from someone your age working in fast food.

I worked at this location for about a year until moving. I really loved it there, not just the coworkers, but the job itself and my boss. The owner is such an amazing man that is involved with his employees and the company on a daily basis. The district manager busts her butt every single day to get the job done. Fast food can be tough at times but the people that work there, in management and not, really care about the products they sell. I will always recommend Tim Hortons, but especially this location. (Main Street in Lancaster.)

We were told they close the grill at 730pm because they close at 8pm. Today we rushed to make it before 730pm, now they close the grill at 720pm. Always poor customer service. They are always slow, no matter what time of day we stop in. Honestly, I dont know why we go back to this location, not worth the hassle anymore.
