Mariachis Mexican Restaurant

I’m not sure if my party and I came at the wrong time but the service was horrible tonight . Every time I eat here I’ve never had a problem until tonight. When we first entered our waitress had an attitude. Was over at the computer majority of the night. When we ordered our food. The kitchen got the order wrong on top of that the food was cold when it came out. The portion size of the food was the kind that you would feed your pet cat . When my friend asked to for extra steak ( we was willing to pay extra for . Wasn’t expecting to get it free) the waitress got an attitude and stormed away What really put the icing on the cake was when a fly flew in my friend’s drink and we requested to get another one. What it all boiled down to was the manger had to come speak with us. When fransico (the manager on duties tonight) came to our table my friend explained what happened and was wanting to get a new drink but the manger said he could only give her the amount she had left for half price. He was very rude and sarcastic and we will not be coming back to this trash dump again

I really enjoyed eating here. They have inside and a covered porch area seating with what looked like a bar. We ate inside and the place was clean, the service was excellent, and the food was delicious. Nice size portions too. The cost was average for Mexican food and they had a nice menu to select from. I will be going back to eat there in the future.

My first two times were good. This last time, not so much. It was my wife's birthday and I tried to discreetly get them to do the birthday song for her. I asked an older gentleman and was rudely told "go ask your server". It wouldn't have been a surprise had I asked the server at my table with my wife sitting across from me. Needless to say I wasn't able to make that happen for her. The food quality was bad this time. I ordered the carnitas. I lived in Texas for 12 years and I know that the meat is supposed to be moist PULLED pork. Instead I got chunks of dry, hard, overcooked pork. I wasn't even able to choke down half of it with two Cokes. I was abundantly disappointed in my dining experience on 5/18. I know that they can do better but on this visit they chose not to. Undecided whether or not I will return to this restaurant.

The customer service left a lot to be desired. I was seated and it took my waitress 10 minutes to take my drink order. She did and she then she forgot straws. It took another 5 for me to get those. I ordered an appetizer and then my food. Sadly I wasn't given any silverware so that I could eat. It took 10 minutes for her to come back and give me silverware. I could understand if they were busy but they weren't. She also wasn't the only one working. The real kicker is that I ordered an appetizer to go and she gave me the wrong item. I just paid an walked out. Maybe it was a bad day I don't know. I would go back but I would ask for a different waitress/waiter.
