Food was ok. I try not to give mediocre reviews, however staff needs a refresher course in common courtesy! My family likes Wendy's so we'll go back, just don't expect a smile or thank you with your order. Sorry Wendy's but you can do better than this!

Absolute slowest "fast food" restaurant in Lancaster.. Every single visit is at least 15 to 20 minutes in the drive through. I would avoid this trap at all costs unless you're prepared to spend plenty of wasted time in line.sonething seriously needs to be adjusted by management to cope with the time issues they have. I am a door dash driver and can swear to you that out of all restaurants in Lancaster this is the slowest place possible.. You could get seated and eat a meal in a legit restaurant in the time it will take Wendy's to get you through the drive through. Ridiculous to the point that I will absolutely refuse to go through it again after four weeks of tee exact same issues with no adjustment for the customers. New management needed quickly.
