Taco Bell

The food was poor quality, even for a taco bell. We went through the drive-through and our tacos were not wrapped so they fell apart in the bag before we got them. After requesting multiple hot sauces, we were given 1 sauce for 3 people. The quesadillas and crunch wraps were fine and wrapped just fine, but all of our tacos were inedible and covered everything in the bag. Not ideal for to go food for car eating. Finally, there were no paper towels or soap in the soap dispenser. I witnessed an employee use the bathroom, rinse hands for about a second, and leave to return to the kitchen. Would not eat here again just based on quality and sanitation.

Very unexceptable. 1. Not really "Fast Food" - they have you wait in line to order and then before they take the next order they will get that person that just ordered their stuff and send them on their way. Makes the line go all the way through the parking lot just so they can have a quick turn around time and not get "docked time!" 2. The stuff inside my taco was minimal and lettuce covered up the difference. These really were just lettuce tacos, almost nothing else was in them. 3. The give you hot sauce that has exploded and has dried the other packets together.

I usually like Taco Bell but this one was very disappointing. The carbonation was out in the drink machine and we had to get a refund for our sodas since we couldn't drink them with no carbonation. So we got water that tasted like pool water. The food was thrown together sloppily and didn't taste good. Tasted like dog food! I was very displeased!

If you don't know any better you would think the place was closed that's why I put the picture of the entrance off of 521, it's in that shopping center where Papa John's is. The food was incredible the employees were very helpful and courteous store was immaculate the service was fast and everything you ordered was in the bag. If you're looking for some good taco Bell this is the place to go.

Seems like Taco Bell everywhere has the slowest drive through of all fast food. However, given the struggles with staffing lately I cannot hold it against them. The folks who were working during my most recent visit were quite pleasant and did their jobs the best that they could. Thank you, Lancaster Taco Bell! Your services are appreciated.

What a miserable restaurant!!! Went in for lunch on Sunday and as usual the tables had not been wiped down from the night before. Grease and shredded cheese was everywhere. Half the condiment containers were empty, the hand sanitizer dispenser was empty and I don't know what was in the Diet Pepsi dispenser but it wasn't Diet Pepsi. Slow service and a general lackadaisical attitude from the employees. Along with being filthy the dining room was freezing cold. We ate our lunch in the car and won't be back.
