Mcdonald's

This is only two stars cause the lady up front made it so much better but the manager brought down the whole experience. Went to get a quick meal but the drive thru and inside was backed up. The lady up front was doing the best to keep up with the orders and helping the customers with a smile. But the manager was just making it worst, bagging orders and then putting them to the side and telling the lady she doesn’t know what she was taking about as she was pumping out orders then turning away people and telling them if they don’t know how to use the kiosk then oh well. Leave. That was plain sad. It was a elderly man.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I placed an order curbside while I was passing through to North Carolina. I sat there for 20 minutes and when my food never came, I went inside. There is only 1 McDonald's there, and the manager stated they did not have my order, even after I confirmed the location, confirmed my order, and showed her my order on my phone. They wouldn't refund my order, stated it had to be done in the app. The app stated the store had to refund it. I will NEVER go there again.

They're getting two stars because of the morale in there. There's disgust where smiles should be. They try to make you use their automated ordering system but when someone comes in that is their "Fam" they get the five-star treatment.. straight to the front of the line and even get handed free food. I honestly don't go there at all for my food personally.
