Whataburger

I was in Dallas last week and finally tried whataburger. Mostly lived up to the hype. My burger was pretty tasty and good-sized. The fries were mediocre. For a fast food burger it was decent and better than most. I still have a couple places I prefer over this for a burger, but it isn't many. Worth a try.

Would not recommend this place. I went here twice and both times my order was completely wrong and once I’ll wait it over 30 minutes just for a chocolate shake. The manager hires nothing but teenagers. Don’t give me wrong that’s good but she doesn’t know how to control them so they pretty much run the place. And don’t get me started on how dirty the restaurant is.

Worst service in the history of whataburger. It took 45 min to place the order, pay for the food, then finally get the #1 combo that wasn't even on a bun they put it on toast and was barely warm, and the fries were half full and cold. I recorded and got pics of them goofing around, leaning on the counters, playing on their phones having a good ole time. The line behind us had at least 30 cars all waiting to order and get food. No manager in site no one even trying to get customers taken care of in a timely manner. Just a bunch of lazy kids and a manager that need to be fired and sent down the road

I walked up from the train station and as I approached it appeared closed as all interior lights were off. I went insise the adjoining gas station and saw people in line nextdoor at Whataburger. Went and placed my order and everything went smooth, it was awkward eating and overall being inside without interior lights. Food was great. My only complaint was my bun wasn't toasted.
