Food was great.
Service sucked. Waiter took about 30 mins to take our order. He was visiting with other table. It looked like he was babysitting as he was walking around with a baby, even when he eventually took our order. When we were leaving he was changing the baby's diaper in the booth next to where we were sitting.

Never will I order from this Chili's restaurant!🤬 I threw this throw up🤮, mess of an order it in the garbage! The chicken was undercooked. The broccoli was burnt and wilted. The avocado was brown and slimey. The rice was dry and tasteless. I have ordered this particular meal at other Chili's restaurants and the food quality and presentation was good! DO NOT eat at this Chili's, they are NASTY!🤮

Highly disappointed. Our poor waitress. She looked so overwhelmed and confused. They were short staffed badly. The food looked great but tasted like the grease was old. My ribs were tough and the chicken strips were dry inside. My husband's burger was greasy greasy. Sooooooo will we be going back👀👀👀 HELL NO 😂😂😂
BTH the 2 stars are only for the drink I had and the quesadillas.

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve had in some time. Not only did we have to wait close to an hour for our takeout order but the conditions of our food was awful. The food had to have been sitting under the heating lamp for sometime but yet we waited for an hour. Please avoid the headache and go to a different location.

I waited 15 minutes for a seat. Then I was over looked by waiter, did not receive my drink, glass of water, silverware or anything in over an hour time span. after 30 minutes told me drink was unavailable due to the machine being down. Waited another 30 minutes and still did not receive anything. Watched several guest come in receive their drinks, and food before I received my appetizer. Mgr. Apologized and told me not to worry about my food he would give me my appetizer for free. I left and will not go back there for service.

Love the cajun shrimp pasta!! When we walked in no wait time. But I did notice that they were short handed. However our waitress was very attentive and took our order quickly. Food came quick and was hot and delicious. My son enjoyed his plate and almost finished everything. As always the pasta was mouthwatering and so the corn. Lol totally tried it and it was so tasty! Again for them being shirt handed they kept the place clean and customers happy. Will definitely keep coming back!

Service is declining rapidly.
I did am online order 5 days ago and was mad at myself because I forgot to change the location FROM the one on I-35 and Beltline TO the one on I-20 and Wheatland. Since I'd already paid online, I went through with the order.
The young lady brought out my two salads. When I got back to the office I saw that I had a box full of old brown lettuce. I'm officially done with the location until the do a complete overhaul.
The time before that (approximately 2 weeks ago) I did a curbside order on my lunch break. I checked in about 5 minutes before the posted time. I sat in my car for 15 minutes after checking in, waiting on someone to bring my order out. I then called the restaurant. Because I was parked right in front of the window, I could literally see (that same) young lady inside, living her best life. I watched her go right to my order and bring it out.
There was no crowd; there was actually one gentleman in the lobby who (I later learned) was waiting on a correction to his order. There was no apparent reason for her to let my order sit for so long. Ihad them to remake my order. I just looked at my Google history: I was there from 12:47 until 1:46. For a curbside pickup order. On my lunch break.
My food was cold, so I bright it back inside and spoke with the manager. He emailed a $15 gift card.
The need better management and better staff (at least, that's my takeaway from my last three visits).
