Just visited this location. I went there because the last time the fries were so good. Why when I ordered an extra large fries I get jipped? Please go back to the old brand and please thoroughly cook these new ones. I'll give them another chance.

I don't go there often but the chicken was nice and hot and good customer service

Only downside is that you better make sure to tell them how much seasoning you want and pickles and peppers separate bag and put the bread on top.

I ordered backs and the lady said they don’t serve it at this location…then why you have it in your menu at this location?! I ordered a two piece legs and the food was awful! The grease is old and my lord need to be changed ASAP! I won’t be back I don’t care what location.

Never. Ordered a whole chicken when they first opened. It was reheated from the day before. They could've saved the old chicken for themselves. But I won't go back and if you see this review, go to the one in DeSoto

Was Very Dissatisfied bcuz I bought a whole chicken bcuz I had My Grands & it was Nasty No Seasoning whatsoever So My Dog had a feast...... I wasn't Asked if I wanted Any Extra seasoning r Anything!! I would have come back up there but I have Very Bad knee problems & was n Pain!!!! I tried to Call @ No prevail So We were SOL..... Need Some adjustments done!!

My first time eating at this location. Boy it wasn’t worth it. Maybe the cook was tired cause the chicken was just fried not seasoned or anything just put in flour to the old grease and served to me. The fries was something like a limp noodle just soggy as ever.I hate this one location has messed up my taste buds for Henderson’s I love good fried chicken and today let me down
