I placed an order online, almost an hour later I still did not have my food. Upon calling the restaurant I was informed that if I wanted my food the best thing for me to do would be to come pick it up. That my food was setting there still waiting on a driver to pick it up and they're still 2 or 3 orders ahead of mine. I had a severe migraine I did not feel like driving but I did anyway and went and picked up my pizza for the kids for the kids and of course it was complete trash because it had been setting there for so long. It was not fresh, it was dried out. Keep in mind I had paid $5 for the delivery plus a $5 tip. So I spent $10 not when did I not get my pizza delivered I had to then spin my gas to go pick it up. I have not eaten Domino's in over 25 years until Earlier this year. I have gotten it in Florida, Kentucky, and North Carolina.... In all of those places it was perfection. But here in Lancaster at my home it is complete trash. I will not order from there again unless I have every intention on going to pick up myself. And if they can't get my pizza right that time I'm done with them.

My phone records every call. What these people were doing was too much. Made and order at 5:52 pm and called at 6:46 pm to check the order worker lied. I called back at 7:09 pm inquiring about my order staff lied and said I was loud and rude, and he hung up. I called right back, and the manager answered. She said I was hollering and wasn't, and she was the rudest manager ever. I had to listen to the messages to make sure I wasn't tripping, and I wasn't. You all should hear the message; they were unprofessional.

Worse Domino's in the world. We have been forced to travel to Red Oak to enjoy a Domino's pizza. The service is horrible. Absolutely no concept of customer service. Spend your money somewhere else. You may or may not even enjoy the pizza as the don't care about the quality or presentation of what they are selling.

I wish I could give them zero stars. What I recieved was completely different from I ordered. I called several times for a refund, but no one answered. The delivery driver was nice though.

Upon placing my order, the attendant did not handle the conversation professionally. I should have been told that call-in orders over $50 had to be paid for by debit/credit card. She never said this was store policy and since I ordered from here several times, I did not understand why on this occasion and she still never said it was policy. I asked for a manager and stayed on hold for quite sometime. After coming to the phone, I asked for a name and she said “dominos” and I was put on hold again. The service was not PROFESSIONAL! Please use another location if possible!

Poor Customer Service. Order is never ready when they say it will be. And the mangers don't seem to care. Wouldn't recommend them. Even if they were giving out free pizza.

For the 3rd time this week i put an order for delivery and they called me back saying it couldn't be delivered. Told me i had to either pick it up or cancel my order. Come on do better.
