Brando's Pizza

Usually the food is excellent but the last two times not to good. Wings that were order crispy tasted like grease & were soggy! Called & complained was told the grease was “old”. Yuck who tells a customer that? No compensation for the awful taste left in my mouth except to remake them on the same “old” grease! The second batch just as awful as the first. Today I ordered a sub. Meat on only half the roll!! If I could add a picture I would!

Delicious food! Personally my favorite pizzeria in Lancaster. We order from here about once a week mostly pizza and wings, but have tried their subs as well. Great prices, they always have coupons in the menus. Great customer service always in and out and the workers are pleasant to deal with. Would definitely recommend!

Not the best pizza I've had. Sauce was on the salty side, they are a little shy with toppings, and the pizza was undercooked. Now the wings, were surprisingly cooked very well. The barbeque sauce is delicious. If your looking for good wings I would recommend Brando's. But I probably won't frequent this pizzeria anymore.

No stars. Save your time and do not order from this place. The girl that answered the phone to take my order was rude. She sounded like she had something more important to be doing. When the food was delivered only part of my order arrived. When I called to ask where the rest of my order was ( 2 chicken finger dinners) it was apparently funny because the same girl that answered the phone had to ask her manager where my food was while chuckling. I was informed it was a “mistake” and that the driver would be bringing the rest of my order. When the poor driver arrived he only had one of my chicken dinners instead of two. 😡. I called AGAIN to speak to who I presume was the manager. Her response was “they are busy”. Busy? Your customer service SUCKS and so does the soggy food. I told them to keep the second order of fingers and credit my account. Seriously. Do not waste your time. There are WAY BETTER places to order food from then this one. Shame on me for not reading other reviews before ordering. Lesson learned.
