Lee's Famous Recipe Chicken

The last several times I have went in there I have gotten the loaded potato wedges and the last two times they only had three wedges in them and little cheese I just went got 4 orders of them today they all had 3 wedges and 2 had barely any cheese and 2 had none called them and they argued with me said the women on phone had just made them and they were correct and I explained to them I was in my kitchen looking at all of them that's almost 20 dollars I spent today for junk and then very poor customer service there service is going down hill

We love our local Lee's. They have a very good buffet, the chicken I've gotten there has always been fresh and tender. The livers are sometimes overcooked, but I always ask now if they are fresh and if not, I will wait for fresh cooked. The Friday night catfish has always been great. I've used them to cater meals at work and the food has always been fresh, hot and very good as well as the service. Every place has some bad customer experiences, but humans work there, so sometimes there are mistakes. If my order was ever incorrect, they made it right. Highly respect the owners of this local Lee's, they are hard working with high integrity. Highly recommended.

Food is great but loses stars because of what I think are deceptive charging practices. The last few times I've went the charge on my card has been higher than the price I was told. So I asked about it today. They've been adding a dollar charge to credit card purchases. Employees have not been informing customers and updating their total to reflect this.
