Foods great. It is. But every time i order from ANY McDonald's they always forget my cheese. Charge me for cheese and never puts it on. In not lactose intolerant, i like cheese hence the order of cheese.

Everytime I go to this place they mess my order up. It's always a wait regardless of the time u go. Then they only have the lobby open for public for a limited of hours and the drive thru always takes for ever to get through.

They got us through the drive thru at a decent time and all of our food was correct and good.

Chicken nuggets was cold, blueberry cream pies was cold, dry, and crust was hard as a rock. Asked for extra sauce and offered to pay and they still act like I was asking for the impossible. Customer service from the manager and employee working front window was horrible. You supposed to get what you pay for. I got yesterday's left overs!!! I'll take the 10 minute drive to Stanford from now on. Not recommended...

I don’t think we will visit this McDonald’s again. We waited in the drive thru for so long and barely moved so we went in to the restroom and to order inside. The women’s restroom could have definitely used some TLC. We ordered quickly after getting to the register but still had quite a wait and a female employee was loudly cussing in conversation to another employee while my child and I were waiting. It was a very odd experience. Someone told us about a guy that pulled up to wait on the drive thru order and the workers forgot about him. We only visit this place because of proximity to a destination, not for great service or great food.

Lobby closed, tried to take a break from working at the house. No discount for no inside access. Could not take order at drive thru. And they got rid of most of the healthy options. Generally a bad experience.

Awful as always. Rude staff and waited 10 minutes or longer for a mcdouble and a pie. I don't go here. Ever. I hate this mcdonalds. They don't get my money unless I have to and 9/10 times it's not for me.
