Subway

Used to be the best subway around. Came in for lunch about a week ago and stood there for 10 minutes and still our order hadn't been taken and there was someone in the back just standing there while the other girl was helping the customer in front of us. Literally watched this girl drop a 6 inch IHC bread on the floor and put it back in the cabinet and dropped cheese on the floor and put it back in their sandwhich. I don't know if the customer was paying attention to what she was doing or what but we left and won't be coming back. Cleanliness and personal hygiene is not the top priority for the employees that run this store now. The bathrooms were so nasty my fiance didn't even feel comfortable using it. I don't understand how this place is still in business. If I could give it zero stars I would.

I go to the subway in Lancaster Kentucky all the time everyone is so friendly and makes me want to come back again this boy by the kind of they made my sub I asked him if I could sit down cuz all the chairs were up and he asked me would you like me to put the chairs down for you I said yes she put all four chairs down and I said down at 8:00 a great teriyaki sandwich that he made

After standing in line, choosing my bread, choosing my meat, choosing my cheese, adding jalapenos, having it toasted, adding banana peppers & red onions, getting it wrapped, bagged & getting my total....i'm informed that this location no longer accepts $100 bills due to counterfeiting. And since $100 bills was all i had, my sandwich went in the garbage & i went to the Stanford location where the employee apologized for the trouble & discounted my sandwich! Thank you ma'am & i hope you have a blessed day! ✌💜😃
