Lovely pub. Very friendly. Loads of room out back. Dogs welcome. Half the outside enclosed from weather. Food lovely and fresh. Nice staff. Really enjoyed it.
Been coming in here more regular now its got new managers , really enjoy the live bands , great selection of drinks , well worth the walk from our neighbouring town .

Stumbled across this pub on our way home from Cornwall, the young lady behind the bar was extremely friendly and helpful assistant were all the staff we met, the food was delicious and reasonably priced I'd recommend

It was a lovely pub, local easy to get to on public transport, and when you got in it had a nice atmosphere to it, they have a range of nights on, including;
Karaoke,
Open mic night,
And a quiz night.
The staff was friendly, it had also a lovely beer garden at the back.. however the only thing that could of made it a little bit better would have been if it had had food served too.
Friendly staff. Excellent entertainment. Really enjoyed the comedy drag show on New year's day, Diva Channel. Worth the effort to get there after a fabulous NYE entertainment.
Reasonable prices across the board. Loyalty card stamps a favourite!
Service is always excellent.
Quiz night on Thursday is a great night out too.
Karaoke on a Sunday night is awesome. Drinks are reasonable and staff make you feel welcome.

Good day time food. Good quiz nights. Good artists on Saturday nights & karaoke on every Sunday night. Guest beers on every other month. Excellent place to enjoy yourself either in your own company or as a group
I called in here for the first time last Wednesday and I'll definitely be back in the future. A nice couple of pints from the Dancing Duck Brewery complemented a chicken and bacon panini. All in all, a nice pub and I recommend it to all.
My band did a gig here. It's a lovely pub, staff are very welcoming. Regulars are lovely. Great beer garden!! Definitely recommended :-)
