But Lauren and her colleagues at Starbucks are attentive and caring in their approach to customer service every time, helping ease the experience and come away with a happy treat. Alternative dietary options and adjustments to your order are handled with a smile and a clear understanding over the differences between an intolerance and an allergy. Great team!

Got served by Lauren today and she was so lovely, warm and welcoming my little brother was struggling to make a decision on what drink he would like she gave him some options to chose from and he was a very happy boy with his choice of drink. My brother has autism and choices can be challenging but because Lauren was so lovely she made his experience smooth and challenge free. 5star service!

Lauren was really helpful with recommendations for non coffee drinks. Service was fast and friendly with low waiting time. At busy times they put on a lot of extra staff so the wait isn’t bad. Food and drink variety is also good.

Lucy, Clare and the rest of the girls are fab, great service and never waiting too long. Been in hospital for the last 11 weeks with daughter being in ICU and visiting for my daily coffee has been the highlight of my days and couldn't be more grateful. Will forever be impressed with the ability to remember all these names!

Great customer service. The lovely server (Lucy)was patient and kind when we were ordering. She even had a wee joke with me when I used the wrong card. Overall a lovely experience and lovely ambiance.

Excellent service. Calia was efficient and processed the order with no issues. She was friendly to both myself and daughter, wishing us a good day.
We also met Aimee who was out on the floor when we arrived, being very polite as she moved around, before she joined behind the counter. Both girls were a credit to Starbucks as this was my daughters first visit, she had an amazing experience.

I have been in hospital for over two weeks and visit this store daily. Always great service , friendly staff with good manners and always served with a smile. Girls are lovely 🙂.Only downfall is price increase ,I think hospital patients should get a discount if they are returning customers. Overall coffee is amazing 👏 & great customer service , staff are very friendly 👌 😀

Great atmosphere to sit in with light music. Plenty of seating arrangements. Nicely clean & tidy tables. Warm welcoming from team members. Lot of options for hot beverages, cookies, sandwiches etc. 1 door for Entry and exit with fire exit leads to outside. All disabled facilities available. Washroom facilities available nearby.
