Staff are lovely. Especially your managed Caitlyn. She is always such a friendly happy face, she’s even remembered my order!! (I must come to often!) but I love the coffee and it’s always clean and tidy too!
A very nice place to relax and enjoy a latte and a snack if you want. The staff are helpful and the wi-fi is fast and free.
I am in the shop everyday and the staff are always friendly and helpful with excellent customer care. When the older customer comes into the shop they always make sure they are well looked after by helping them with taking there hot drink out for them then going back to the table with there food for them also. I am a chef so know the industry and wish there more servers like this in the industry.
Quick efficient and friendly staff. Caitlyn took our order and advised us on our choices. I'm diabetic and turns out so is she, good communication with all staff members. Big thumbs up

I love Costa in Larkhall the staff are amazing only just started to go back since lockdown always go for a latte when I am shopping went in today had a Latte and cheese toasty for my lunch great place love it Joan Campbell
had tea and coffee and sausage butty
and done trace and track and also used the hand sanitiser on entering
and while we where enjoying it we my sister and I notice that at least 5 people
did not sanitised when they entered
the premise just went right up and stood in line..that shows how people don't care
that they can spread it .the staff were
following the rules and cleaning ..
some of the public did not
Very welcoming staff, nice and tidy establishment with varying seating layouts. Costa Coffee is situated in the main thoroughfare. Parking round the back and close to other amenities. Great coffee and snacks, worth a visit.
Best most relaxing place ever to have a coffee, so much space for everyone and there needs (wheelchairs, scooters and prams) friendly staff who are always happy to help.

Regulars here! Quite often very busy. Good choice of sandwiches, cakes, toasties and some salads. Only gripe is tables not cleared quick enough.
