This place was simply sensational! We couldn’t resist returning every single morning during our 4 days in Launceston. The place is super popular too and there’s a very good reason- amazing freshly baked goods , excellent coffee, and a lovely ambiance. The pastries are sensational- beautiful crunchy flaky pasty. There are a selection of both sweet and savoury options available in the pastry cabinet. And there are hot sausage rolls too! There is also a full breakfast menu available if you prefer eggs etc. The breakfast bun was sensational. The walnut croissant- amazing. The coffee was consistently excellent over the 4 days! Despite being so busy, service was still wonderfully friendly on each visit. Highly recommended.

Excellent cafe. I use to go it when located in other part of town, near Harvest Market. Was told it had moved, so I tracked it down to check out the new digs!. This is a better location close to city opposite a beautiful park. Has that urban, industrial feel with it's own character. Coffee and cake was great. Service professional and friendly. Seemed quite popular for a Monday morning. Must be all the beautiful cakes, slices and croissants on offer. Recommend

This place was on top of my list to go to for breakfast in Launceston, lucky to have this ticked off on our last day. The food lived up to our expectations - my favourite was the morning bun. I would like to thank one of the girls behind the counter for recommendation, it’s better than the one at Lune Croissant. The other pastries we ordered were great as well - mince pie, mini danish, banana bread and curried lamb pie (initially we ordered a different pie but it was sold out). Ordered a large size oat mocha as well - they use Alternative Diary co (yay).

Came here for a light breakfast and love the look- the converted butter factory is a nice touch to the cafe. Simple set up with food being more take away / not cooked dishes so more bakery offerings rather than a brunch cafe offering many cooked alternatives. Service is quick but would love more thing on the menu. Burger was well priced and tasty as was the walnut croissant.

Really loved this cafe or Boulangerie and their selection of pastries and coffee!! Would recommend getting the croissant toasted! My favourite by far was the morning bun and the most magnificent cookie I have tasted in a really long time. You know a cookie is going to be great and when it has salt sprinkled on top!! I bought an extra 2 takeaway. The venue is also lovely and modern.

I'm so glad this place was recommended to me. I got an iced latte with their house made vanilla syrup, a toasted ham, cheese and relish sandwich with an egg and also the sweet danish. The coffee was amazing and the sandwich was delicious; however the danish was the star of the show with the most perfect pastry I have ever tasted. It was a delightful combination of flaky, crispy outer pasty with melt-in-you-mouth pastry in the middle. 5/5!

When in Launceston, make this your choice for your morning coffee and breakfast. The fluffiest and crispiest croissants, a delectable choice of pastries and impeccable coffee. Beware of the long lines. But it is well worth it. Was also open on Christmas Day. Kudos guys.

The croissant was super buttery and flaky. The sourdough with generous cube of butter W/ creamy rich scrambled egg was 👌👌👌 I also a walnut croissant which was 10/10 but forgot to take a photo. It wasn't too sweet and right amount of richness.
