Review Homeleigh Garden Centre - Launceston

Really good garden centre. The condition of all the plants for sale were above average, though that reflects in the price. Has other facilities on site such as a cafΓ©, angling and furniture plus a small play area. Well worth a visit.

Good coffee and a bite to eat while catching up with a friend in the bustling Robin's Nest. Then a quick tour round the Christmas displays πŸŽ„ ... even if we haven't had Halloween yet! πŸŽƒ

Aquarium they are well looked after and better priced than larger competitors. Went to buy a fish at launceston. Guy straight away served me with speed and professionalism and was very kind and courteous and didn’t grill me like other major stores. Enjoyable experience and always friendly. Will be buying more fish in the future inc a new tank.

Simply the best place in the south west to by tropical fish, since finding this shop I now don't want to use any other shops even though its an hour drive its well worth the effort for the fantastic variety and condition especially the lake malawi breeds that are amazing.

Homeleigh garden centre seem it wants to provide locals a great experience. And staff are more then happy to go extra mile for its regulars and visitors. Within confined space they got as if they had more land that same level of care to detail that they show when serving customers.

Proper breakfast.... And a good Garden Centre too! πŸ’―πŸ‘Œ πŸ‘‡πŸ‘‡πŸ‘‡ Let's take deeper look..... πŸ‘€ - So I was back here again, 2 visits in one week due to work... Which meant having another breakfast, it would be rude not too! This time I chose a lighter breakfast, the breakfast wrap! Greeted by polite staff, we ordered away. Could choose a good seat due to an early arrival. Like the previous visit, it was another quality served breakfast, this time lighter on my stomach (due to choice) but still a bit heavier for my wallet....Hey I'm from East Yorkshire... Oh wait..... It's up North.. halfway Up the UK Map situated, to the right....(for those who haven't travelled out from the A30, I must say you should! πŸ™‹πŸ»β€β™‚οΈ It's not that scary.... (Unless you live in Bristol!) Joke 😁 Summary: Worthy of my high review of this breakfast, I couldn't tell if the products were from some cash & Carry.... More like 'Bob & Bills farm from down the road, so good quality foods used... Including the buns which didn't fall to bits. Nice and fresh like a bun should be. Never had Cornish coffee before... It was ok, a little bland for my liking, however it did go well with my morning breakfast, but I doubt Brazil will be worried! Hoping to return in the near future. πŸ‘ Keep up your high standards. Chris. Feel free to follow for good honest reviews. πŸ’―πŸ‘

A very large garden centre. The car park is really huge a good indication of how busy this place is. From the car park there is a small walk to the entrance. The building is over 2 floors and has many departments. On the lower levels there is the restaurant and there is a smaller cafΓ© a short walk from the fat hippo restaurant. There is a small area near the exit that has small animals and birds for sale. When you exit the main building and before you walk to the car park, there is a food store selling local produce. Just along from the food store is the aquatic center. This is a well stocked store. Lots of products for the aquarium. Also on sale is live fish. Cold fish, tropical and marine. There is great views from the restaurant. Well worth a look. There is also car washing at the end of the car park. You could spend a good few hours here so is ideal for a Sunday afternoon.

What a lovely place, it's got a lot of good useful things and all the prices are very reasonable, I'd go as far as saying this place is one of, if not the, best carden centre I've been too, orders of magnitude better than dobbies for range and pricing

Have visited today to purchase furniture after receiving excellent service and advice from Kerry . Good to know we have good customer service on our doorstep.

I visit just for the aquarium shop. A pure gem and undervalued garden centre with two restaurants. Top tip go to the lower of the two restaurants found under the farm shop area itself for awesome views. The top one has awesome cakes too, good family experience, plenty of parking, and a good outdoor plant section. Can’t fault it really.

This is a review for the aquatics center only. We set up our fish tank a couple of months ago, and the staff in the aquatics center have been nothing but helpful. All of our fish have been brought there, under the guidance and knowledge of the team. I think over the course of the last few months we have had in depth conversations with every team member regarding different fish types, what lives together and what decorations to have ect. They have been nothing but honest with us, advising us when a certain type of fish would thrive, or when a certain fish would need extra provisions in the tank. They are absolutely incredible, and nothing appears to be too much for them. As a result we are well on our way to getting a very healthy community tank that is thriving. And we will only buy our fish there now.

Good garden centre with fabulous views. Had a very nice lunch there. Small play area for the children. Friendly staff.
