Absolutely the best Chinese I've ever ordered from. Have been using Sun Wah for the last 15+ years and having their food again this week when I visited home was a delightful break from the relatively terrible local restaurants we have. Their Sweet & Sour sauce is the best of any UK Chinese I have tried and they still sell Pork Balls (which are superior to Chicken Balls, fight me) where others have stopped.

Been getting Chinese from here since the 80’s (showing my age) in all that time I don’t think we have ever had a bad meal! The food is tasty, fresh and hot, even if delivered, and we live about 5 miles away. Prices are pretty good too! Would give more stars if I could :)

My friends and i went to Sun Wah yesterday and i'm so glad we did! Granted, i only had chips, curry sauce and 2 vegetable spring rolls, but it was great! The chips were really nice and the spring rolls were the best i've ever had! It's now 07:47 am, time to eat the last spring roll and curry sauce, which was also excellent. The staff were lovely too, and i'll definitely visit Sun Wah again if i'm in the area, and i'll have a curry next time.

Great chinese, always get what you ordered. Tasty food and similar prices to everywhere else. Benefit of this one is that you can pre order online and take you time to make your selections. You can pay by card online but only cash at the actual shop. Unfortunately they don't deliver to me as I'm just outside the mileage, and they have a delivery charge to the nearest location which is a shame as we would prob order more if this wasnt the case, but they are a business I guess so maybe its justified who knows. All in all a great chinese.

The introduction of delivery and more recently a website enabling ordering and payment online via card has changed my world! The food is always delicious and properly prepared and cooked, and my instructions and requests are always followed. Portions are generous and fairly priced, and the delivery people are always an absolute joy. My forever favourite Chinese takeaway.

Excellent quality food and nice people to deal with. Their "Lemon Chicken" is the best ever as they serve the sauce separately. That way the chicken is still chrispy by the time you get it home.....

Really good Chinese takeaway and staff really friendly. A food and good portion size. Cash only but Bank cash points very near. Saturday night is really busy, even when you order in advance can still end up waiting 30 minutes plus. Great place but if possible avoid a Saturday or be prepared to wait. Have used the Sun Wah for number of years and never had course for complaint. The menu is extensive and great value for money. In my opinion they are better than most of the takeaways found in my nearby Cities of Exeter and Plymouth. Good food, good prices and goog service.

Great food. We did read reviews on here before hand and were worried by some bad ones but honestly it's lovely. The owner is a big character and the kitchen is non-stop. When we went at least 20 people came in to order in the time we waited for our food. It's a local star!
