Lovely ice cream with sumptuous & punchy flavour. Salted caramel was my favourite.
Shop itself was small and had limited flavours on offer during our visit but what flavours there were converted a range of tastes so probably something for everyone.

We tried multiple ice cream but the banana and toffee was sensational honestly one of the best ice creams I've ever had.
A long overdue review of The Parlour. The ice cream is delicious and handmade by the owner. The shop also sells a great selection of kitchen gifts - mugs, jugs, tea towels, table cloths, oven gloves etc. many of which have been sourced locally.
Excellent service, the owner is a delightful lady, serving homemade ice cream, thee award winning hot chocolate is that and more, and the ice cream is up there aswell soft and creamy plus there's other items to buy to from Artisan marmalade to hand made cups dishes etc
Absolutely fantastic ice cream and amazing homewares! It’s a must visit whilst in Lavenham! We are definitely coming back!
Perfect place to beat the heat! On our visit to this area during the heat wave decided to give this place a go. A cute little place full of flavor. Ordered mango lime sorbet and raspberry/chocolate ice-cream - both were amazing! Simple menu, great flavors and excellent customer service.
The Parlour is fantastic, a lovely relaxing space. It is the only time I've ever been asked how strong I'd like my hot chocolate! And the resulting drink was seriously good. There are also lots of quality ceramics, greetings cards etc to buy. The owner is a delight too!

Absolutly Amazing Cafe! Best hot chocolate I have ever had, the place looks and smells beautiful and the women there today ( 28th Nov ) was really nice! I will be coming here every time i go to Lavenham.
Wonderful place run by a passionate lady who certainly knows her stuff. Beautiful and delicious homemade ice creams.
