Stopped here on a Monday night and it was outstanding so felt compelled to leave a glowing review. Best curry I have had in some time. Wonderful flavour and superb side dishes also. Thoroughly recommended. Given it was a Monday food was ready very fast and we did not have to wait as other reviews suggested. Chicken shashlik Bhuna highly recommended.

Delicious food. The portions are large, so we had two meals out of the order. If you enjoy Indian flavours do yourself a favour and visit.

Really lovely restaurant with some curries and dishes that I have't seen before. We both tried new curries and it was delicious, the naans are already cut up so they don't take up half the table which is thoughtful. Restaurant itself is stylish and also felt traditional, staff are very friendly and it was busy which is also a good sign. If I lived in the area than I would be back.

Very very nice food here.you may wait a little longer than expected but it's made from scratch so it's definitely worth the wait.the portion's are plentiful and the service was good.

The wait time was longer than I would normally tolerate and there is a 10% service fee, but the food was extremely tasty so I’m giving it 5 star. Portions could be a bit bigger - they were slightly smaller than other Indian restaurants. Price was not too bad though.

Service was good. Food was just ok, quite expensive compared to other restaurants.

I had a garlic chilli vegetable curry which was great, with a mushroom. I also had veggie samosas to start which were nice, just the right amount of pastry to make them really light. The staff were attentive. It was quite quiet when we went, I should imagine the atomsphere is good when it is buzzing with people.

Not only is the food delicious and the service excellent, but the setting is really lovely, as well. Outside in the garden, you can feel like you are eating in a different world. It is a great place for a meal in Lavenham.

Beautiful food and location. Service was less than excited to have us there, not sure why, but the food made up for it. Will return without a doubt. Hopefully, they will be happier to see us.

Had takeaway a number of times and always excellent. Dining in a bit mixed, though - we waited two whole hours for food (arrived at 7:30pm, ordered within ten minutes, but although poppadoms came fairly quickly, our main courses then didn't appear until well after 9:30pm). Perhaps the kitchen was too busy with takeaway orders!

this was a very nice restaurant to go to, I preordered online and was expecting to pick it up at 6 but it was ready 15 minutes early. the staff were very nice and it was a great meal. the portions however were way to big to finish and I only managed half

Going for ( at least) 30 years, this was probably the very first Indian I ever went to, so time in the late 1980s. Food is tasty and of good quality- introducing my kids to curry via the medium of takeaway, my youngest pronounced it "better than Five Guys", which is high praise indeed. Tandoori mixed grill was very well received in particular, although so was the more pedestrian chicken korma. One slight gripe- the food was super salty, but in sum, I'd be happy to eat here again( or get takeaway, which can be ordered online for collection).

Fantastic food in a charming environment served by very friendly and helpful staff. The selection is quite elcletic, with traditional Indian dishes augmented by Afghan and Nepalese specialities. The prices are average within this food genre, but the product is high quality. All dishes are superbly cooked and well presented. Price for 2, (main course and desert, 1 drink each) is circa £22 The restaurant is child friendly.
