Just popped in to the Queens Hotel for a quick pint, Bushey's on pull Just a bit gutted nothing for the manx like 1907 tt ale .
The pub i normally very busy , however the Manx GP is a lot quieter.
Nice friendly pub with decent beer.
A warm and friendly atmosphere the staff and bunters would a laugh. A dog friendly pub as well. A pleasure to drink in the Queens Hotel. Definitely go again next time I'm in the Isle of Man.
The Queens is a relaxed and friendly, unspoilt village bar, featuring pool, darts and cask ales. It has been sympathetically improved in recent years, and also has a garden area to the rear. Often overlooked by visitors,it can be a sun trap in summer, with views over the famous Isle of Man historic electric tram lines, and passing trams. The pub does accommodation. It features the now less commonly seen weekly meat draw on a Sundays for locals. It's an ideal venue to spend a few hours in a totally relaxed and informal village setting. For those travelling by bus, there is a porchway attached,so you can imbibe in comfort right until the last minute as you can see the buses approach from the comfort of inside!
Great pub ,,,Great friends,,,Pete and Debs
Good beer and good atmosphere in a traditional pub.
This is what welcoming looks like. Blowing a gale and chucking it down on TT week, this was a great place to shelter for 3 hours before riding back to camp.
Great pub with plenty of TT memorabilia. Beer was excellent. Great outdoor spaces too.
Great friendly local village pub with an open fire and traditional furnishings, lovely staff and some great ales.
Dog friendly too.
Nice pub with a nice selection of beers, seems to be the pub all the locals use.
