Excellent customer service. Lovely atmosphere. Incredibly accommodating staff, very pleasant and helpful. Interesting menu, I went for the burger. It was one of the best I've ever had in uk. Bearing in mind, I live in London where we have a wide range of burger places, and I'm very fussy when it comes to red meat. this was high-quality meat, cooked at perfection. Yummy bun, great sauce. I went for the first one on the menu, Wagu, Japanese meat, SO yummy.
Great quality malbec on the glass too, which is always a bonus, and they have oil neck which would be my next option.
Highly recommend this place
1st class service, food & proper beer to drink, not just pale ale and larger, so all good there.
The not so good, the most uncomfortable chairs I've ever sat on, the bars on the backrest cut into your buttcheeks, my wife had bruises.
Also such a loud environment, deafening! Could really do with some sound absorbing material, we were literally shouting across the table to be heard, otherwise all good… 😁
Lovely place, friendly staff. It's veeery popular though so if you want food, be sure to book well in advance. If you're just after a well made drink, you can walk-in most of the time. They're currently re-doing their cocktail list but can make most of the classics on request for ~£9 a go, worth the money because they make them strong! I recommend the Espresso Martini for both a good coffee and alcohol hit!
