Been hot desking at mill-street for a while and always love the atmosphere and sense of escape that it brings, as opposed to working from home.

It is a solid work space with good internet and plenty of booths for calls. The most important things are done well. The cafe downstairs is pretty good and the food was nice.

They serve the best coffee in town. Another plus is that almost all of their breakfast pastries are fully vegan, a hidden gem in this town ❤️! Love going here for my morning coffee.
Absolutely love this place! Life saver since the lockdown, come here for a takeaway coffee and the occasional bite to eat everyday... they've got it spot on and the venue is just what Leamington need. Well done guys great to see more spaces like this in leam :-)

Been in a few times . Last time was last year . Very busy with people home working ( whilst drinking coffee ) mix of people and nice environment with a bit of a buzz about it .
5 mins walk from Park and bottom of town behind the parish church . Plenty of parking near by .
